The Student Week Program (SWP) was officially opened by the Chairperson of the Bangkit Anak NegeriKu Foundation, Mrs. Noviana Halim, S.M., M.M., who delivered a welcoming speech and guidance to the students. Coinciding with the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, the opening served as an opportunity to instill the values of unity, mutual cooperation, responsibility, and the courage to grow and develop among students as the younger generation.
Following the opening ceremony, a symbolic induction was conducted by the Chairperson of the Bangkit Anak NegeriKu Foundation, Mrs. Noviana Halim, S.M., M.M., and the Deputy Director of Politeknik eLBajo Commodus, Dr. Ni Wayan Noviana Safitri, S.E., M.Si., for eight student representatives from each study program. This symbolic induction marked the official commencement of the Student Week Program and represented the readiness of all students to participate in the activities with a strong sense of responsibility. For the students, the moment also served as an early opportunity to build interactions, become familiar with the campus environment, and learn to take an active role as part of the Politeknik eLBajo Commodus community.
The opening activities continued with a technical meeting led by the organizing committee in collaboration with the Student Executive Board (BEM). During the session, students received detailed information regarding the technical implementation of SWP, activity guidelines, procedures, task assignments, and preparations required throughout the program. The technical meeting was an important stage in ensuring that all participants shared a common understanding so that the activities could be carried out in an orderly and well-directed manner.
Through the Student Week Program, students are expected to develop not only academically but also in their abilities to communicate, collaborate, adapt, lead, and take responsibility.
The opening, which coincided with the Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, also served as a reminder that the spirit of independence can be manifested through the courage to learn, grow, collaborate, and make positive contributions.
Therefore, SWP is expected to serve as one of the platforms for Politeknik eLBajo Commodus to foster an active, creative, collaborative, and character-driven student culture. Inspired by the spirit of independence, students are encouraged to dare to grow. Through togetherness, they learn to move forward as one. And through SWP, they begin a new experience as part of the Politeknik eLBajo Commodus family.
