Labuan Bajo, 23 Agustus 2021_Kampus Politeknik eLBajo Commodus yang merupakan perguruan tinggi pertama dan masih satu-satunya yang ada di Labuan Bajo mengadakan kegiatan pembukaan Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 secara daring yang diikuti oleh seluruh sivitas akademika dan diawali dengan sosialisasi terkait system eCampuz oleh Bapak I Putu Eka Sudarsana, M.Kom, salah satu dosen pengampu program studi Diploma III Teknologi Informasi. || Labuan Bajo, August 23, 2021—eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic, the first and still the only higher education institution in Labuan Bajo, held an online opening ceremony for the 2021–2022 academic year, attended by the entire academic community. The event began with a presentation on the eCampuz system by Mr. I Putu Eka Sudarsana, M.Kom, one of the lecturers in the Diploma III Information Technology program.
Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan perayaan Ekaristi yang dipimpin oleh Romo Rikardus Manggu, Pr, dari Kevikepan Labuan Bajo. Kemudian Ketua Yayasan Bangkit Anak Negeriku Ibu Noviana Halim dan Direktur Politeknik elBajo Commodus Prof. Dr. I Putu Astawa, S.E., MM menyampaikan sambutan sekaligus membuka Tahun Akademik 2021/2022, yang dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan hadiah kepada Peserta Terbaik serta Runner Up 1dan Runner Up 2 dari Student Week Program 2021. || The event continued with a Mass presided over by Father Rikardus Manggu, Pr, from the Labuan Bajo Vicariate. Next, the Chairwoman of the Bangkit Anak Negeriku Foundation, Mrs. Noviana Halim, and the Director of elBajo Commodus Polytechnic, Prof. Dr. I Putu Astawa, S.E., MM, delivered remarks and officially opened the 2021–2022 academic year, followed by the presentation of awards to the Best Participant, as well as the First and Second Runners-Up of the 2021 Student Week Program.
Rangkaian kegiatan Pembukaan Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 ini ditutup dengan kuliah umum Enterpreneurship yang bertema “Millennial Mindset To Welcome The New Normal In The Digital Age” bersama narasumber Bapak Michell Suharli selaku CEO Shinewing Indonesia dan moderator Bapak Andy Iwan Iswanto, SS., M.Pd selaku Wakil Direktur Politeknik eLBajo Commodus. Pada kesempatan ini Bapak Michell Suharli menyampaikan bahwa untuk menjadi enterpreneur di era digital ini mahasiswa harus mempunyai impian, rencana, dan action dalam membaca peluang yang ada di sekitar, khususnya di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Beliau juga mengajak mahasiswa Politeknik eLBajo Commodus untuk pandai dalam mengatur waktu agar lebih produktif lagi ke depannya sebagai mahasiswa. || The series of events marking the opening of the 2021/2022 academic year concluded with a public lecture on entrepreneurship titled “Millennial Mindset to Welcome the New Normal in the Digital Age,” featuring Mr. Michell Suharli, CEO of Shinewing Indonesia, as the guest speaker, and Mr. Andy Iwan Iswanto, SS., M.Pd., Deputy Director of eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic, as the moderator. On this occasion, Mr. Michell Suharli emphasized that to become entrepreneurs in this digital era, students must have dreams, plans, and take action to identify opportunities around them, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara Province. He also encouraged students at eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic to manage their time wisely so they can be even more productive in the future as students.
